Claro's approach is based in managing risk from the outset. We start with Owner's goals, program requirements, design specifications and project goals. We then focus on the agreements between the Owner and the design consultants, we apply our expertise with land- use and entitlement, we closely manage the teams responsible for creating the construction documents and then most importantly we manage the day to day construction management.
