Depending on the client's need, we may act as Owner's Representatives, Project Managers or Developer. In many cases, a client may enlist our services in all three roles, thereby streamlining the process. We assign a team of professionals to the project with backgrounds in construction, architecture and engineering and we utilize best practices as it relates to documents, systems and process.

Owner’s Representative
In our role as an owner’s representative, we navigate the legal, engineering, design, budget and construction management issues. We provide the Owner with a single channel of communication to the entire development team. As the Owner's advocate and as construction professionals we implement and manage a process that allows the design and construction work to be executed as per the standards and requirements of the development.
Development
Claro Development has delivered over 150 projects in over 60 cities and approximately 800 million dollars of development to institutional clients and individual owners. We provide vision, asset advisory and leadership from site selection to certificate of occupancy. As real estate owners, we understand the complexities of the industry and know the advantages of having an experienced development team.
Project Management
Claro's approach is based in managing risk from the outset. We start with Owner's goals, program requirements, design specifications and project goals. We then focus on the agreements between the Owner and the design consultants, we apply our expertise with land- use and entitlement, we closely manage the teams responsible for creating the construction documents and then most importantly we manage the day-to-day construction management.
