The Greystone Hotel is a Historic Redevelopment in South Beach. The project consists of two properties, the Greystone with 43 rooms and an upscale Restaurant, Lounge, Event Space, and Rooftop Pool Area. The Santa Barbara Hotel, situated just west of the Greystone property was renovated and is operating in conjunction with the Greystone adding another 49 rooms, a cafe with an activated courtyard and outdoor funcion space.
