Metropolitan Naples is a 545,000 SF, 15 story, out of the ground, high end residential project in the West Coast of Florida and features 270 luxury apartment residences, ground-floor retail, and a full suite of upscale resident amenities, including a dog park and 439 indoor parking spaces.

The project began with the design development phase of the Villas in preparation for the ground up construction of 14 of 15 custom homes. Each Villa is approximately 4,000 square feet of sellable area and has its own outdoor amenity space.
