Claro was engaged to provide Owners Representation and Project Management services. The project began with the design development phase of the Villas in preparation for the ground up construction of 14 of 15 custom homes. Each Villa is approximately 4,000 square feet of sellable area and has its own outdoor amenity space.
Additionally, Claro managed the turnover of Villa 15, the model home.
Claro worked directly with the Ownership team which consisted of executing the design development, construction documents, approvals, permitting and ground up construction through completion and turnover of each individual home. Claro was on site daily with the design teams, construction teams and Ownership teams to prioritize and resolve critical issues.
