Owner's Representation
In our role as an owners representative, we navigate the legal, engineering, design, budget and construction management issues. We provide the Owner with a single channel of communication to the entire development team. As the Owner's advocate and as construction professionals we implement and manage a process that allows the design and construction work to be executed as per the standards and requirements of the development.
Project Management
Claro's approach is based in managing risk from the outset. We start with the Owner goals, program requirements, design specifications and project goals. We then focus on the agreements between the Owner and the design consultants. We apply our efficiency with land use and entitlement, we closely manage the teams responsible for creating the construction documents and most importantly we are on site daily to manage the day to day construction.
Quantity Surveying & Cost Management
Cost Management services. Cost management consists of tracking the project master budgets and reporting to Owner on a monthly basis with responsibility of review and approval of all project development related invoices including vendor payment requests provided by the purchasing agent. Tracking all committed and uncommitted costs and risks. Claro will also coordinate and manage the purchasing agent in their responsibility to provide budgets and cost accounting with respect to the Owner Furnished Items (OFI) for the project.
