Claro’s representation began with the design development in 2021 through GC selection, bidding, permitting, construction through project delivery and close out in January 2025.
Metropolitan Naples is a 545,000 SF, 15 story, out of the ground, high end residential project in the West Coast of Florida and features 270 luxury apartment residences, ground-floor retail, and a full suite of upscale resident amenities, including a dog park and 439 indoor parking spaces.
