When Quiznos decided to add three new locations in the NY metro area, they chose Claro Development to act as the project manager and general contractor. As is often the case, Claro was responsible for all scheduling, owner/vendor coordination and communication to both the owner and the corporate construction director.

Claro Development assumed all responsibility for obtaining the required permitting and municipal approvals to enable the owner to operate the business.

Quiznos has an excellent franchise construction package and a robust corporate purchasing program for a majority of the building material that enabled them to complete the project. Meanwhile, Claro worked with the owner to manage the procurement process and ensure that the project met the corporate architectural standards.
