Residence Inn Surfside is ground up construction of a Marriott Residence Inn located in the Town of Surfside, Florida.
The 98,000 SF 4 Story hotel is composed of 175 all-suite guestrooms in a west wing and east wing. Public areas include lobby, lobby bar with food service, fitness room, business center, roof deck pool area, meeting space and landscaped gardens.
The construction included a three story parking structure under the rooftop pool. The rooftop pool is framed with landscaping.
Claro Development was engaged to provide owners representation and project management services. Claro worked daily to prioritize and resolve critical issues to successfully deliver the project. Claro worked directly with the developer, lender and operations team. Claro provided leadership and guidance to all stakeholders and the project team resulting in a statement project for the Residence Inn brand.
