The complete renovation of the Historic Peter Miller Hotel by Lennox Hotels Miami Beach now features 119 rooms, hotel bar, an upscale restaurant and a conference room.  At the center of the four interconnected buildings, a Mediterranean beauty of a courtyard features a swimming pool and an outdoor bar. The renovation preserved three historic buildings that were converted for hotel use.  A new one-story rooftop addition was added to the largest of the historic buildings creating new guestrooms on a 4^th floor.  The building required comprehensive concrete remediation, new foundations and structural reinforcement.  A new basement was excavated under the largest historic building for BOH and to provide structural support for the new rooftop addition.  A new underground parking garage covered with the courtyard pool was built directly against the historic structures.
