Dunkin' Donuts turned to Claro Development to serve as the project manager and general contractor responsible for the construction of three new locations in the NY/NJ metro area. Claro handled all of the scheduling, owner/vendor coordination and communication for both the owner and corporate area operations manager.
As a Dunkin' Donuts contractor, Claro attended bi-annual education seminars focusing on development and construction, including specifications, building techniques and new product rollouts.
The duration of a typical new store construction was six weeks for an inline interior renovation to 16 weeks for a new building and associated site work.
