Claro Development has performed and is currently engaged with TD Bank (Toronto-Dominion), an international bank with over 1,100 branches. In our dual role as owner's representative and project managers in support of development and construction, we began our relationship with TD Bank by overseeing 30 new bank branches in the South Florida tri-county area.
By implementing a fast-track construction program that focuses on sequencing critical path tasks and concurrent workflow, we were able to reduce the average construction duration for new banks from 20 weeks to 14 weeks.
Claro also assisted TD Bank in adopting the design of the bank's prototype for South Florida, contributing to both the means and methods of construction as well as value engineering.
TD Bank relies on us for the management of new site entitlements, comprehensive site development, permitting, and new building construction management. Additionally, Claro Development has also been responsible for the project management and oversight of non-retail office renovations for TD corporate support and investment banking staff.
