Claro Corp

The project was commissioned by a family who came to Claro for turn-key design and construction services to completely reconfigure and combine two existing separate apartments into one larger residence occupying a full floor of a high rise condominium building in South Pointe.

The design focuses on creating expansive, rational spaces within the existing irregular building floor plan footprint. A series of distinct experiences is articulated throughout the residence with the use of contrasting color palettes, material textures, and varied ceiling heights. Darker tones and stained wood floors provide a warmer material experience in the private spaces while lighter colors and glazed white floors are used that reflect natural light from impressive ocean and city panoramas in public areas intended to entertain guests.
