Faena Properties, well known for its rejuvenation of the landmark Faena Hotel in Buenos Aires, is now bringing that sense of excitement to the Mid-Beach area of Miami Beach, where it is certainly welcome. The center of activity is the restored Saxony Hotel as a Faena Hotel property, complete with a signature dinner theater cabaret, restaurants, and luxury spa.

Claro is involved in the complete development project, from initial concept planning through entitlements and document development. The project was broken down into smaller components with a master development plan to track the progress of the individual projects in relation to the overall endeavor. An emphasis on city relationship building, neighborhood outreach and quality design intent has allowed the project to move quickly and efficiently through all of the initial phases, while the project phases are being developed simultaneously, right down to on-site construction.

Making the old brand-new again, including LEED certified residences, Claro and Faena Properties are restoring Mid-Beach to its original glory.
