Among Recent highlights, as owners representatives, Claro has:
- Opened six new, ground-up TD Banks across South Florida
- Achieved full Entitlement Approvals on the Ocean Terrace Project, a 400,000-SF, 2.2-acre oceanfront development in Miami Beach
- Achieved full Entitlement Approvals on “Collins and 72nd,” a 360,000-SF, 250-room hotel and retail mixed-use development in Miami Beach
- Commenced construction on the comprehensive renovation of the Raleigh, Miami Beach’s most iconic Art Deco hotel
- Delivered the 28,000-SF interior buildout of new office space for one of the world’s largest media conglomerates in the new Brightline office Building
- Opened the ground-up construction of IHG’s fitness lifestyle hotel brand, EVEN Hotel Miami Airport
